MQL5 Signals review

Review a particular MetaTrader account, not the marketplace

Desk review of public sources, refreshed 7 October 2026. No paid-room inspection, live subscription test or independent account audit was performed for this review. The maintained performance reference is historical snapshot material, not a newly reconciled October return.

Account history is useful but seller-specific

The marketplace exposes filters such as track-record duration, leverage and drawdown, with separate listings for signal accounts. Those fields describe individual accounts. There is no single MQL5 return series to rank against a publishing desk. Choose a named provider and a frozen observation period, then inspect deposits, open exposure and account history rather than sorting exclusively by growth.

Copy settings change the economic comparison

MetaTrader's subscriber documentation describes proportional copying and configurable deposit allocation, equity protection and slippage controls. Review the settings supported by your terminal rather than assuming a one-to-one lot copy. Record the broker server and symbol mapping. A source position that is small relative to the provider's equity may be large relative to the subscriber's equity after different leverage or allocation choices.

Worked audit question

Suppose a source and follower both enter the same direction, but the follower enters later and pays a wider spread. Separate the price difference from any deliberate sizing difference and the subscription cost. Compare order identifiers and actual closed and open results, not only screenshots of two account curves. A favourable source history cannot resolve that execution gap.

Shortlist boundary

This route suits someone who can examine a particular account and maintain copy controls. This review did not select a winning seller or reproduce a subscriber ledger. A platform reliability field is not equivalent to a named external audit report, and a large loss still matters even if a historic growth number looks attractive.

Review infrastructure separately from a selected seller

MetaTrader documents a copying service and configurable subscriber settings. That establishes a mechanism, not a recommendation for every account listed in the marketplace. Start with one source identity and its original observation window. A monitor or catalogue entry is not the same thing as a named independent audit of a follower account.

Preserve the supported terminal, broker symbol mapping and exact settings version before proposing a test. The publication did not subscribe, connect account credentials or observe any live copying operation. A real managed runtime needs logs and operating ownership rather than an assumed personal computer staying on.

Completed fictional source/follower reconciliation

Source gross contribution is 40 units from a hypothetical operation. A half-sized follower would have 20 at the same price path, but its actual-price path contributes 17 and commission reduces that to 16. Of the 24-unit source-minus-follower difference, 20 follows from quantity, 3 from the represented price path and 1 from cost. This is not all slippage.

A second source order has no matched follower fill. Leave it unmatched and preserve its observed rejection or missing-record state. Assigning an ideal source result to the follower hides the very operational difference a copy subscription needs to examine.

What this review can and cannot recommend

A reader who wants automated participation can investigate a named source and the follower configuration. Someone wanting an educational room has a different task. There is no market-wide MQL5 success rate or winning seller in this edition. Platform history visibility and subscriber reproducibility remain separate conclusions.

Before using a historical account graph, inspect cash flows, open exposure and the observed sampling frequency. Freeze the planned copying settings before the assessment window. A proposed checklist is not represented as a completed controlled subscription trial.
